Hotel Overview

Set in 300 acres of gardens and estate the luxury Dunbrody House hotel in Wexford is close to nature but far from the ordinary.  Re-define your interpretation of the traditional Irish country house hotel.  Yes, you will find the expected relaxed elegance of its Georgian origins with the original 1830s Irish oak floors, pitched pine window shutters, high ceilings, twinkling chandeliers and crackling turf fires.  But this is all mixed with a palette of rich, earthy colours, plenty of natural sunlight streaming in the picture windows, all the modern must haves such as wi-fi, Böse DVD/CD players, chic champagne bar and terrace.

Room Information

Spacious and elegantly decorated, all of our bedrooms and suites are individually styled yet offer the same standards and amenities - CD/DVD players, Lemon Verbena toiletries in all the bathrooms, fluffy bathrobes, fresh cottons and fine furnishings.

Food & Beverage

With Celebrity TV Chef Kevin Dundon as one of the owners it is no wonder that dining is a big deal here.  The award-winning restaurant The Harvest Room is less of a hotel dining room and much more of a stylish, atmospheric restaurant.

Area Information

A host of activities awaits you on the dramatic Hook Peninsula - home to a multitude of sunny sandy coves, historical sites such as Tintern Abbey, Dunbrody Abbey, the Kennedy Homestead at Dunganstown, the J.F.Kennedy Park and Arboretum, the J.F.K. Dunbrody (life-size replica famine ship).
