which has the largest thatched roof in
Ireland, consists of 32 bedrooms, 'The
Quilty Restaurant' and 'M'asal Beag Dubh
Bar'.

The
hotel is named after Bryan Merriman (1747 -
1805), who, born in Co. Clare, was son of a
small landowner. An accomplished violinist
and teacher of mathematics, his famous racy
poem, "The Midnight Court", runs to over 1000
lines. The poem is full of intricate brilliance
and musical mastery.

of our 32 bedrooms has been finished to
the highest standard.All are en-suite,
and feature direct dial telephone, satellite
television, tea/coffee making facilities,

The
Quilty Restaurant offers you the opportunity
to sample some of the finest dishes prepared
by our chefs.
All
dishes are prepared using the freshest of
ingredients and where possible, local produce. Menus
offer a mixture of simple dishes highlighting
the goodness of local and organic produce,
especially seafood, and global cuisine style
dishes, which are cooked with pride and elegant
presentation.

on the South Shores of the famous "Galway
Bay".
The Irish name for Kinvara is 'Chinn Mhara' which translates as 'the head of
the sea', and that is exactly where Kinvara is located - at the head of Kinvara

own M'Asal Beag Dubh Bar. Each of these
pubs are unique in their own respect,
and some are known to hold Traditional
Irish Music on a regular basis. In fact,
