As the name suggests, the guesthouse is owned and operated by the Keane family, who have been welcoming guests into their home for more than 15 years. Keanes has a fully licenced bar and caters for weddings and events.

Food & Beverage
Meals are served daily in the house’s restaurant. John keane acts as head chef and describes his style as "contemporary dishes with a mix of Irish popular cuisine". Seafood and meats are his specialties. The menu offers starters ranging from Tralee Bay seafood chowder with brown bread, through classic style Killarney Oak Smoked Salmon, all the way to deep-fried 'Roulet Brie' pieces. Main courses include traditional favourites, such as steaks half roast duckling, and a range of seafood dishes.
Area Information
Keanes Bed and Breakfast rests in relative isolation in the tranquil Curraheen area, with Tralee Town just a convenient 10-minute drive away. Tralee town is a busy epicentre in the county and offers a broad range of all weather visitor attractions, shopping facilities and technology parks. Some of Kerry’s more popular attractions include the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park and Muckross House and Gardens.
