Breakfast is served each morning between 8:00 and 9:30 in the dining room, which features elegant Waterford Chandelier, Victorian and Italian antique furniture and splendid views of Galway Bay. A one-minute walk will take you at a nice, quite pub and restaurant and a little further on to Salthill reveals a wide range of restaurants, pubs and cafés.

The Marian Lodge Guesthouse Bed and Breakfast is adjacent to the Salthill promenade. The promenade is over 5 km long, which makes it the longest promenade in Ireland. It is very popular with walkers and cyclists who like to enjoy watching the sun go down as they catch some exorcise. Galway Golf course and driving range is just around the corner.
