The Anchorage Inn forms part of the Anchor Complex, which consists of 3-star accommodation in 20 comfortable en suite rooms, the Inishowen Business/Conference Suite, Skippers Restaurant, the award-winning traditional olde world Anchor Bar and Club Aura.
Room Information
The complex houses 20 en suite rooms, including 10 standard rooms and 10 deluxe rooms. All of the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed.
Food & Beverage
Skippers Restaurant is renowned for its relaxed, cosy atmosphere, its great-value menus and, most importantly, its use of fresh local produce in all of its succulent dishes. Situated beside the Atlantic Ocean, the restaurant takes great pride in offering an extensive selection of fresh locally caught fish. After dinner service on Friday and Saturday evenings, Skippers plays hosts to live bands from the North of Ireland, proving there is no better way to enjoy great food and great music, all under one roof.
Area Information
Situated on the main promenade, the Anchorage Inn makes a great base from which to explore all of the north coast’s beautiful attractions, such as the Giant's Causeway, Mussenden Temple, Dunluce Castle and Old Bushmills Distillery to name but a few. There are also 3 excellent golf courses in the area surrounding the hotel. The world-famous Royal Portrush championship golf course is only 5 minutes away. The town of Coleraine, and all of its wonderful shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, is just 3 miles (5 km) from the hotel. Reception staff will be delighted to assist you with directions, opening times and places of interest to ensure you get the most out of your stay. All you have to do is ask.
