Located right on the border in north-west Northern Ireland in County Derry, Londonderry is an historic town full of culture, attractions as well as a bustling nightlife. Derry's 17th century layout is also intact, with the Diamond Centre leading out to 4 main gateways: Bishop's Gate, Ferryquay Gate, Shipquay Gate, and Butcher's Gate. Visitors should check out the Gothic St. Columb Cathedral in the historic centre, as well as the Guildhall just outside the city walls.
