Premier Par 3 Golf Course - 18 Hole
The
Golf Course is 18 hole, with each
hole ranging from
100 to 120 yards in length.
The Courtyard Golf Course is built on a famous plot of land.
The above thatched cottage is the birth place of General George Blake, Irish
leader of the 1798 Rebellion under the French General Humbert.
We
feel with such history attached it
is only right to
farm in a manner
that preserves this era. Therefore,
we have diversified our animal stock
to include hens, ducks, cows and
sheep.
All animals, we believe, would have
been here in 1798.
We wish to do this organically.
This precludes the use of fertilisers
and sprays.
Thus, if the greens are not the dark colour you normally see, don't be surprised.
This also means we can't spray the daisies and buttercups.
The Courtyard
also includes a well equipped hostel.
