Breakfast is served each morning in the house. Guests can choose from a full buffet breakfast, which includes juices, fruit, Irish farmhouse cheese and our famous homemade breads, scones and jams. Guests can also order a freshly cooked hot breakfast featuring bacon, sausages, black and white pudding, omelettes smoked salmon and potatoes. All food and ingredients are Irish and sourced locally. Snacks can be requested in the evening. The nearby town of Bunratty has plenty of dining options to fulfill any further requirements.

The castle was built in 1425 and was authentically restored in 1954.
