Breakfast is served each morning from 7am – 10am Monday to Friday and 8am – 10am Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Breakfast is served in the large conservatory style dinning room. A varied menu consisting of traditional and vegetarian options is available. For lunch and evening meals, guests may wish to visit Carlow Town. Carlow is a busy town with some interesting architecture. The town’s courthouse is on the Parthenon in Athens, was reportedly originally meant for Cork, but the plans for the two buildings became mixed up.
