Served in the traditional way, iceberg lettuce, marie rose sauce and a wedge of lemon.

Cooked to your preference, garnished with miniature roast potatoes, herb scented cherry tomatoes 
and enveloped in a creamy pepper sauce.
    
Supreme of Irish Salmon

Pan fried and set upon pesto tossed tagliatelle and drizzled with a roasted red pepper oil.
  
Braised Lamb Shanks   €19.00
Two tender lamb shanks served with homemade mashed potato and smothered in a rich root vegetable sauce.

For a taste of the Dublin Clipper, two golden fried fillets of cod served with thick cut chips.
  
The Bia Chicken   €17.50
Pan seared breast of chicken, stuffed with black pudding mousse and complimented by saffron rice and a jus naturel.

Tossed in a pesto cream and glazed with parmesan cheese.

Temple Bar itself is a network of narrow cobbled 18th century streets between the liffey and Dame St. running from the Halfpenny Bridge, through Merchants Arch, Essex St. and Anglesea St.

The Oliver St Gogarty's restaurant is open to the public daily from 12 noon until late.Reservations can be made for lunch and dinner and we give special discounts for large groups.
