The building became the property of Breda
Sadlier and her partner Gerard when they
purchased it from Allied Irish Banks. 2001
saw a complete transformation of the
interiors when Breda and Gerard began the
arduous work of restoring the building to
its original splendour.
The official opening of the "Old Bank" was
on the 14th of August 2004 after three years
of refurbishment.
